Complimentary technical support for installation and validation services during the following hours:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM - (Installation & Technical Support)

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM to 8:30 PM - (Validation & Issuance Support)

Support available on weekends or outside the above-mentioned hours will be charged at INR 5,000.00 plus applicable taxes, calculated per hour or per instance, per certificate, and per web server.
